Once your purchase is completed and approved by the payment gateway, you'll receive an email order confirmation from the Stylish Sign Shop. In a second separate email you'll receive an email with a link to Dropbox (cloud storage) where you can access the print-ready PDFs that might be part of your order, directories of your products and where to find them, links to Canva social media graphics if included in your order, guides to help you get started, etc.

You may also receive an email directly from Corjl if your order included Corjl-based sign templates. They will send you an unique access link to the templates in your purchase. Save this email for future access.

You can also find your file links within your account on the Stylish Signs Shop website (you'll need to log in to access them). This allows access to the Dropbox files in your order. Any Corjl links are handled directly by Corjl and can be accessed in your free Corjl account.

No account is required. Your download link is tied to your order and accessible directly from your confirmation email. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.

Most products include high-resolution PDF files ready for printing, plus editable templates depending on the product — typically via Corjl (browser-based editor)for signs or Canva (also browser-based) for social media. Some templates may be offered in Microsoft Word .docx formats as well. Refer to product descriptions for exact details.

The products created here are intended to be user-friendly for non-designers to use. We realize that design software can be cost prohibitive and can have a considerable learning curve. With that in mind, we try to offer accessible solutions that are simple to use and keep your costs minimal.

Most of the files you purchase will be in common file formats like PDF, JPG, and Microsoft Word (compatible with Google Docs and Apple Pages although some formatting may shift in other apps outside of Word). For PDF-only products, any PDF viewer works can be used, but Adobe Acrobat Reader is free (you can also use Adobe Acrobat Pro, a paid version with more features) and recommended for best results.

We’ve made editing your templates simple, convenient, and cost‑effective by partnering with Corjl, a user‑friendly online design app. With Corjl, you can customize the templates you purchased directly in your browser—no need for expensive or complicated design software. Best of all, it’s included at no extra cost. You simply need just a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox recommended) to edit the templates.

If your order included social media templates, you will be able to access these in Canva, another free, browser-based design app. Canva also has an intuitive, easy-to-use workspace to edit your templates and download the files for posting. Again, you simply need just a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox recommended) and a free account to access the templates in Canva.

Each product description will provide software and file type details so you can verify that the files will work for your requirements prior to your purchase.

Canva is a third-party design app (Canva.com) gives you a simple tool to edit most of our social media templates (if these templates are included in your purchase). Best of all, it’s free to use with a free account. This eliminates the need for you to purchase design software that can be costly and have a difficult learning curve.

You can access Canva from an online browser on a computer or phone. No software download needed. Just log in to your free Canva account and begin editing.

If the files you purchase include Canva-based templates, you will also receive a PDF guide with links to your templates and simple instructions to get you started with Canva. Canva offers A.I. support to help you if you have questions about how to use the app or where to find a feature.

Corjl is included free with purchase and is a browser-based design tool with no software download needed. After purchase, Corjl will send you a unique link in a confirmation email (separate from the confirmation email you will receive from Stylish Sign Shop) to open your template(s) directly in Corjl. There you can customize text, colors, and some layout elements like your logo or images. No design experience required.

Corjl will ask you to set up a free account login unless you already have an account. When setting up your account, be sure your same email address is the same as your Stylish Sign Shop order. You can login to Corjl later to access your template files again.

Files are print-ready and are set up at 200+ DPI print resolution and include bleed where applicable.

For best results, upload directly to a local or online print service (e.g., VistaPrint.com, UPrinting.com, your local sign printer or copy center). Desktop printers used in-house can give murkier prints and also cost more in ink/toner, delivering poorer print results than a professional print shop or copy center can render on their specialized equipment and paper stocks.

With your order, you'll receive a Product User Guide that gives you more information about how to select the right paper or mounting materials for your prints, as well as pro tips about file formats for your logo, etc. If your order includes Corjl templates, we've also included a special Corjl-based guide showing you print settings to use to download your artwork properly for print.

It’s important to understand the license agreement of the products you purchase from the Stylish Sign Shop. You have not purchased ownership of the artwork, but a limited license for use (which should cover your needs). This limited license stipulates that the products cannot be shared with anyone, re-sold in any part, elements extracted and re-purposed, nor used in a new design intended for resale. The artwork can be sent to a vendor, but only for the purpose of printing your order or to make minor design updates such as add your logo or customize the information on the artwork for your purposes. The original fonts, illustrations, and/or photos that comprise these products belong to the artists who created them, and the Stylish Sign Shop is allowed limited use under strict license compliance and fees to use those elements in their designs. The Stylish Sign Shop owns the image rights to the composite designs.

The type of license you purchase will depend on the annual income revenues of your business. The Standard License applies to businesses who have an annual income below $10 million USD in revenues. The Premium License applies to businesses who have an annual income above $10 million USD in revenues. If you are buying a license for personal use (not business-related) of the artwork, select the Standard License option.

Both types of licenses permit use of the artwork for two end-users only, and they must be employed or contracted by your company. Contractors may not retain the artwork on their systems beyond the work you hired them to do (e.g., add a logo to your signs), and artwork may not be used in any manner that violates this license (it cannot be shared, re-sold, elements extracted in any part, nor used in a new design).

You may not use Stylish Sign Shop designs for any product for resale. Exceptions might be something like printing a sticker that you put on a potted plant for resale—the potted plant is 90% or more of the product value where the sticker design would comprise a very small part of the total value of the product you sell. You are not permitted to print the stickers by themselves and sell them as a standalone product.

Yes, you can use the designs for personal use projects. Select the Standard License option if your intended use of the designs is purely personal and not business related.

No. The Stylish Sign Shop purchased limited-use license agreements to use the original artwork elements (fonts, illustrations, photos, etc) and, in doing so, agreed to comply with the original artist's licenses. Those licenses expressly forbid anyone outside of our license using or reselling their original artworks in any part. We are only allowed to make a unique composite artwork from those elements. Using any individual element not provided to you in your purchase is forbidden. For example, your purchase might provide you with styled words that match the artwork you purchased in the form of a .png or .svg file so you can use these elements for a social media post, etc. to match the overall design theme. Elements we provide to you in your purchase are perfectly acceptable for you to use and honor our license agreements with the original artists. However, extracting any artwork for repurpose is forbidden. Doing so constitutes a breach of your license contract with Stylish Sign Shop and can be subject to legal penalties.

No. Due to the license agreements undertaken by the Stylish Sign Shop with the artists who created the original graphic elements (illustrations, photos, fonts, etc), these graphics may not be used for print-on-demand products or stored on their sites. Stylish Sign Shop also does not allow the resale of our composite designs. Please see the full License Agreement for more information.

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (Shopify Payments).

Stylish Sign Shop uses Shopify to process all payments and store private customer information. Sensitive information is encrypted, and access is limited to authorized personnel only. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, ensuring that cardholder data is secure and payments are encrypted. Shopify follows EMV best practices, which help in securing transactions and reducing fraud. Shopify undergoes SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance audits every six months to ensure that security controls effectively protect your data.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds once files have been accessed. If you experience a technical issue — corrupted file, missing download, or a problem with your Corjl link — contact us at customercare@stylishsignshop.com and we'll do our best to make it right promptly.

You can inquire further about your refund eligibility by emailing us at customercare@stylishsignshop.com and providing your name, order number, contact information, and specific details about your decision to return the product. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If your refund request is rejected, you will be notified by email with our decision within 8-10 days of your request.
